Return & Refund

About canceling an order:
1. All orders can be canceled within 24 hours, and we will deduct 50% of the products price if the order is canceled after 24 hours. (Please take the initiative to send an email or Facebook to contact us to cancel the order)
2. Cancellations are not supported for orders shipped within 24 hours of placing an order in stock. (Because the package cannot be intercepted after it is handed over to the courier company for transportation)

About Returns/Exchange and Refunds Policy. (Within 15 days of receipt)
1. We sent the wrong products.
2. The products has serious quality problems or damage. (except buyer damage)
3. After confirmation, the package was lost by the courier company.
4.Return and Exchange cost is on the buyer, since the entire order process includes various costs, we will deduct 15% of the cost when refunding.

Our return/exchange policy does not cover the following reasons
1. The products size is wrong due to the wrong size provided by the customer.
2. Custom sizes, worn, used, soiled, trimmed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Due to the wrong receiving address provided, some countries did not cooperate with customs clearance after contacting the buyer, resulting in failure to sign for receipt in time and resulting in product destruction or return.
4. More than 15 days after receiving the products.
