Delivery 

Q: Where will my order be shipped from?

A: Most of the products are mainly shipped directly from Anhui, China.

Q: What kind of delivery method do you have and how long will it take?

A: We usually use EMS, DHL or UPS, Fedex as our carrier, it will take 12-30 days to reach you. There may also be delays due to flight cancellations and customs clearance, which are beyond our control.
 (In our experience, this doesn't happen very often.)


Payment 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Paypal is the only payment method available on Pet Monday. Through PayPal, we can support Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and other payment methods!

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us (Contact Us link is underlined)

Q: What if I don't receive the package?

A: If you do not receive the package within the estimated delivery date, please let us know your order information, such as tracking number, order number, email address, etc. 
After finding out the reason, we will deal with it according to relevant policies. If it is indeed our or the logistics company's fault, we will provide you with a full refund or resend the package for free. 
If it is necessary to resend due to transportation or customs factors (detention or return), the resend postage will be borne by you. If you want a refund, the postage we send the package should be deducted from the refund. 
While products ship free, we actually charge postage for each order shipped. If it is caused by unclaimed factors or your own reasons, the conditions are the same as above. 
Here we also recommend that you choose registered mail if you want to ensure that the package is not lost.

Q: What should I do if I receive the wrong package or missing items?

A: If the package you received is wrong or missing, please contact our customer service department immediately and provide some proofs to our customer service, such as order number, waybill number, package photo, etc. 
If it is caused by our company or the logistics company, our company will unconditionally refund the payment. Otherwise, we will send you the remaining or correct package again.

Q: What if the package is returned?

A: If the package is returned due to incorrect information left by the customer or rejection or unclaimed reasons, we will only refund part of the payment. If a refund is requested, we will deduct the shipping cost. 
If you want us to resend the package, you may have to pay for shipping again. (Shipping is calculated according to the current market price) 
If you return the package for a refund or exchange, please ensure that the package meets the following requirements: First, the product has not been used, and quality problems are not included. 
Also, there are no quality issues due to abuse or misuse. 
What's more, the outer packaging is not damaged or polluted.
